Terms of MaM
The short version. MaM is a quiet home for your memories. You own everything you bring. We provide the home, the sky and the care. Be kind, and this works well.
1. What MaM is
MaM is an app for keeping personal memories: photos with place, weather, date and your own words. Some of it is free. Premium adds cloud backup and more room.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
3. Your memories are yours
You own everything you put into MaM. You give us only what we need to provide the service: the right to store, display and back up your content so you can see it everywhere. Nothing else. We never use your memories for advertising, training, or anything you did not ask for.
5. Being a good guest
Do not use MaM to store or share anything illegal, and do not try to break what we built. We may remove content or accounts that abuse the service. We would rather not; this exists for the worst cases only.
6. Ending things
You can delete your account anytime, inside the app (Settings, Delete account). What happens then is written in the Privacy policy, in plain words.
7. Honest limits
We build with care, but no software is perfect. MaM is provided as is. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for Premium in the last twelve months. Nothing here removes rights you cannot give away under law.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use MaM accepts the new terms.
9. The law between us
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and your statutory rights always apply.
